    Wild type mouse vs transgenic CD98 mouse

    Comparison between a wild type mouse and a transgenic CD98 mouse - The case of the TG mouse shows inflamed epithelial cells: more enteropathogenic bacteria attached to the CD98, disappearance of tight junctions and more macrophages and neutrophils.
    This project was initiated under the direction of Moiz Charania, post-doctoral fellow, member of Dr Didier Merlin's team - Georgia State University, Atlanta (GSU).
